The JOURNEES BOTANIQUES is a weekend of festivities on June 10 and 11, 2023 around the Botanical Garden of Jaÿsinia with guided tours, conferences, workshops, photo courses, exhibitions, a plant market...
... and a PHOTO COMPETITION where 10 finalists will have the opportunity to exhibit their photos in the Castle's Stables room during these 2 days.

JURY
This competition is organised by the Tourist Office of Samoëns, and accompanied by a jury of 5 professional photographers from the Giffre Valley who will select :
- the 10 finalists,
- but also, at the end of the event, the grand WINNER of the Journées Botaniques 2023 photo competition, together with the Mayor of Samoëns and his deputies.

PRIZE
The prize to be won is an accommodation for 2 persons for 1 weekend in Samoëns.
But please note that a 2nd prize will also be awarded by the PUBLIC who will have the opportunity to vote for their favourite photo and thus allow the winner to win a print of the photo in its real dimensions, printed with a Fine Art quality by the Atelier du Tirage and the photographer Patrick DELIEUTRAZ.

PARTICIPATION
To participate in the competition, send your photo :
- in Jpeg format, in 300 dpi, RGB or SRGB profile with a minimum dimension of 50 cm for the short side and 75 cm maximum for the long side
- by email to concoursphotosamoens@gmail.com
- before 14 May
- accompanied by the registration form
- and the acknowledgement of the rules.
