Come on foot or on skis to see the cheese being made at Le Forperet mini farm. The cheese is made in copper cauldrons from the milk of my cows and goats. You are welcome to come and see the cheese being made on Mondays and Wednesdays at 3pm and on Fridays at 10am. I will also be particularly pleased to see you at Le Forperet restaurant on Fridays at 10am after the cheese making for our "mini market", where you will find all of my cheeses for sale, as well as other local products.
At the end of the winter, while waiting to see you again during the summer season, I will continue my cheese making and all my animals will go back out to the pastures.
