In the heart of the Coudrée area, on the shores of Lake Geneva, independent housing, adjoining the owners.
Independent housing of 60m ² on two levels, furnished and equipped for 5 people with private terrace and garden.
Upstairs: living room with pellet stove, TV with foreign channels, wifi internet access, sofa bed (sleeping 160/190), bedroom with bed 140/190, wardrobes, bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet.

Mezzanine: Kitchen with hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, pressure cooker, raclette, table, chairs and a sofa bed 80/190.
Terrace and garden equipped with garden furniture: 4 sun baths, charcoal Weber ball barbecue.
At the bottom of the garden, a private pontoon is available, it overlooks the river Vion.
Enclosed gardens, pets allowed.
