Alti'fit: fitnesslessen in Val Cenis

Description

"Gain altitude, breathe and do yourself good", in partnership with the ski lifts and the high-altitude restaurant Chalet la Féma, the resort of Val Cenis offers you outdoor Pilates, fitness and Yoga sessions, facing the peaks.

Withdrawal in the picnic room at the top of the gondola, in case of bad weather.

Ouverture

From 19/07 to 31/08/2022, every Tuesday between 10.30 am and 11.30 am.
It is advisable to take the gondola as soon as it opens at 10 a.m. because the course starts at 10:30 a.m.
