Our "Cozy" flat offers an exceptional setting for a stay of a few days or more if you wish.
Whether you are a couple, a family or a group of friends, we will be delighted to welcome you to this accommodation which has been designed to offer you comfort in all simplicity and refinement.

Le Cygne is located in the heart of the pedestrian streets, so you can relax and take the time to discover the historical and cultural heritage of the old town.
Your accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without lift and is entirely decorated by us.

Here is a brief description of our little "Cosy" nest as we like to call it:

A main room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, electric hob, washing machine, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) and its dining table
A living room with a comfortable folding sofa bed for 1 person (80x180).

Higher up, the mezzanine with a large double bed (140x190).

An intimate space with a single bed (90x190).

A bathroom with a shower (with niche) and a washbasin, as well as a hair dryer and some toiletries.

And finally, a separate toilet with a suspended toilet.

At your disposal during your stay:

Unlimited and free internet access.
220 French and international channels.
Hi-Fi system (Radio/CD/USB/Bluetooth).

Baby bed and booster seat on request.

At Le Cygne, you will find a welcome folder with very useful information on how to enjoy a more environmentally friendly stay.
This information concerns in particular
- Sustainable modes of transport available to come to Annecy and to use on site (bus, bikes).
- Sorting instructions for a better recycling of your waste (2 sorting bins are available in the accommodation).
- Advice on how to use water and energy wisely.
- Some ecological cleaning products that we put at your disposal during your stay.
- A nice list of addresses to consume locally and support small local producers.

Lovers of travel and human encounters, we warmly welcome you to our authentic cocoon located in the heart of Annecy's old town. We have designed and decorated "Le Cygne" as if we lived there. In fact, we sometimes stay there from time to time, depending on our desires.

Cleaning and disinfection after each rental. Linen washed at over 60°C. Hydro-alcoholic gel is available for the duration of your stay.

All year round.

Overnight: 90 to 250 €
Week: 600 to 1,575 €.
