Description
This itinerary is relatively flat with a change in altitude of 400 m uphill and 400 m downhill. An average walker will take half a day to do this route (4 hrs). The trail offers several points of interest, notably its close links with the plateau's history (memorial to the Resistance, monument, museum...) and its closeness to nature, in particular its stunning viewpoints: cross-country ski plateau, Plaine de Dran... And if you get a bit hungry, then are several restaurants on the plateau.
All the footpaths and snow-shoe trails are marked with yellow poles - please do not walk outside of the marked areas in order to avoid going on the downhill ski slopes.
