Located on the Estangs plateau, a stone's throw from Nyons, we invite you to discover an olive grove that has been cultivated for several generations as well as our olive oil mill. From the cultivation of the olives to their transformation, Marie masters each stage from A to Z to offer you high quality products.
When you come to meet her, she will offer you a tour of the mill as well as a tasting of her cold-extracted olive oil, with its unique flavours ranging from fruity green to fruity ripe. You will also be able to find mouth-watering olives and a whole range of products based on black olive paste.
In July and August, on Wednesdays in the late afternoon, free "discover my job" workshops are organised for groups, by reservation. On the programme, two hours of discussion, conviviality and tasting to delight your taste buds and satisfy your curiosity.
