In the heart of the village of Collonges, this House built in 1801 has been completely restored by combining old charm and contemporary amenities. With its 500m² surface area, La Colonie welcomes you for your stays with friends or family up to 10 people. The 5 beautiful bedrooms are all equipped with a shower room and a private toilet, and have top-of-the-range bedding, neat decoration and exceptional comfort for beautiful nights of rest. On the ground floor: a large living room (120m2), with a large living room and a dining room open to the fully equipped kitchen. On the garden level: the "Diabolo" bedroom (35m²) with a large 160x200 bed; then the spacious "Belle-Etoile" Suite (50m²) with a large 160x200 bed with lounge area and private terrace of 20m². On the same floor, a lounge offers board games, darts and table football. On the 1st floor: the room "Cache-Cache" (35m²) and its magnificent terrace-balcony with an unobstructed view; then the "Cachette" room (25 m²) equipped with two single beds (90x190); and finally the "Ribambelle" room (30m²) with a king-size bed (180x200). The Cache-Cache and Cachette rooms can be communicating. On the garden side, you will enjoy an outdoor area, equipped with deckchairs and a beautiful terrace with a large table and a plancha. Ideally located 20 minutes from Geneva, this gîte will allow you to discover the Haut-Jura Regional Natural Park, Fort-l'Ecluse, the retord plateau, the losses of Valserine or even the Monts-Jura station. For your comfort, beds are made on arrival, towels are provided, charges are included as well as cleaning: you just have to enjoy your stay! Private parking available (3 cars), storage space (bikes, sledges, skis, ...) available free of charge on request. 2 minutes walk: bakery, grocery store, butcher, pharmacy, bookstore, restaurant, bank and post office.
