We are goat breeders labelled ‘Bleu-Blanc-Coeur’! We produce pressed, blue, soft and cooked cheeses. Feel free to visit the farm on your own with our leaflet explaining life on the farm, why we chose to breed Murcia goats and some quirky fact about cheese production!
