It is laid out in building overlooking the street (accessed via outside staircase) and adjoining owners' home. This buiding also comprises another City Break apartment for 2 people. Either for a tourist stay or business trip, guests are sure to enjoy the enclosed garden and the private terrace (garden furniture, sunshade) as well as the peaceful setting. 'Les Lauriers' studio appartment (19 sq.m.) is very comfortable and all on 1 level. Living room (dining area, kitchen area), open sleeping area (two 80 x 200cm beds), shower room (walk-in shower, washbasin, toilets, washing machine). Bed linen and towels are supplied free. Loan of barbecue on request. Free Parking in the street or side streets. Non-smoking accommodation.
