Welcome to the Swallow's Tower!
In the heart of Southern Ardèche, newly renovated, atypical and independent accommodation located in a former dovecote dating from the 18th century in the center of the charming little village of Lussas. The accommodation is comfortable and has all the necessary equipment for a pleasant stay.
This square stone tower offers accommodation on several levels: a first floor consisting of a bright main room with an open kitchen equipped with an island and a warm living room as well as a bathroom and a separate toilet. You can enjoy a 12m2 terrace with a view of Saint-Laurent-Sous-Coiron.
On the next floor is a first spacious bedroom of approximately 14m2 with a queen size bed. The top floor, offering a unique view over the rooftops of Lussas and the Mirabel Tower, is made up of a cozy bedroom as well as a private bathroom and WC. On the ground floor, an entrance and a covered and secure automated garage that can accommodate two vehicles as well as bicycles complete this property.
The accommodation is equipped with reversible air conditioning, a comfortable convertible sofa bed in the living room, wifi/ethernet, a large TV screen equipped with a sound bar and a charcoal barbecue.
We provide household linen (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels). The property will suit travelers with friends, couples and teleworkers. It is not recommended for people who have difficulty with stairs.
The accommodation must be left clean and tidy so that the cleaning service can be carried out in good conditions.
The location :
The accommodation being in the heart of the village, you can in 1min walk get your croissants from the bakery, do your shopping at the grocery store, go to the local market on Friday morning under the halls behind the Church and to the farmers' market on Sunday morning, or take advantage of the bar-restaurant nearby, as well as the pétanque court in the village.
Every year in August, Lussas hosts the European Documentary Film Festival, which brings together some 5,000 professionals and amateurs of the genre. Lussas has become a recognized cultural center. So watch out for the third week of August, which will be much livelier than normal.

You will find many places to visit and a multitude of activities to try around Lussas.
Within a radius of 10km, you can reach Aubenas, Voguë, Vals-Les-Bains, Mirabel, Darbres or even Saint-Laurent-Sous-Coiron.
Within a radius of 30km, you can visit Vallon Pont d'Arc, Antraigues-sur-Volane, Thueyts, the Tanargue forest and the Ardéchois plateau. Superb walks are available around the town (the Oppidum for example overlooking the Ardèche valley), a water point is accessible 15 minutes away on foot to refresh you and several routes by road bike or mountain bike are possible.
