Trip to Champéry in Switzerland from Avoriaz

The foothpath sets off from the Avoriaz Plateau with quite a step climb (70m uphill) up onto the Avoriaz ridge.
1-You should take the following 3 chairlifts : Mossettes uphill in the french side. Mossettes downhill in the Swiss side and Crosets II uphill. Make a note of lifts closing for the return! From the top of the first chairlift (alt 2277m) there's a glorious 360° panorama of the French peaks (Roc d'Enfer, Hauts Forts) and the Swiww mountains called the Dents du Midi (alt3257m)
2-When you reach the top of Crosets II, walk about 10min towards the Croix de Culet cable car which will take you into the centre of Champéry (running every 30min only)
3-Retrace all your steps to the Brochaux waterfall then take the path going down to La Lécherette. Go back to Avoriaz with the Lindarets chairlift.
Face-mask is compulsory on the lifts.

Access depending on the snow level, on weather conditions and only when the lifts are open. Before leaving find out about the access to the Tourist Office.
