Located in the Pilat Regional Nature Park, near hiking/riding tracks, the Côtes Rôties vineyards and the nautical recreation center of Les Roches de Condrieu. Large gite for 12 people is on 3 levels. On the ground floor : entrance in fitted kitchen/dining room, large hall with wood pellet stove, utility room, laundry room, Wc, shower room, bathroom. 1st floor : large lounge, bedroom (2 single beds) on the left side. On the right side, 2nd bedroom (double bed, private terrace), small passage leading to shower room & WC. 2nd floor : lounge/reading room, 2 bedrooms (160cm bed + single bed on the mezzanine) (3 single beds), small passage leading to shower room & WC. 3rd floor : bedroom (double bed). warm/cool system. Smaller gite for 3 people has a living room (accessed via 3 steps, fitted kitchen area, dining area, lounge area with single sofa bed). Double bedroom (160 x 200cm bed or two 800 x 200cm beds as needed), en-suite shower room and Wc. Baby equipment & hygiene products available. Outdoors : shed/covered terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha, enclosed garden with trees, hammock, private courtyard (it may be crossed by owners) and private terrace, shared grounds with swimming pool reserved for guests (available from early May to late September), parking on the property. Charging power outpost for electric powered vehicles (ELECAR, extra charge for electricity consumption).
