- A living room with a sofa bed, a television.
- One toilet.
- A laundry room with washing machine, ironing board, iron and clothes line, giving access to the semi-covered inner courtyard.

On the first floor:
- A bathroom with a washbasin, a bathtub with shower column, a towel rail and a hairdryer.
- A WC.
- A small desk.
- A bedroom with a double bed 140x190, two bedside tables and a wall cupboard including a television.

Facilities and services available to the tenant :
- one set of bathroom linen per tenant is included in the rental price.
- A set of bed linen is included in the rental price.
- Additional bed linen: 10 euros per change.
- Extra bathroom linen: 8 euros per change.
- A semi-covered inner courtyard with access from the house or from the street, including a shelter for bicycles and motorbikes.
- Two public car parks: one adjoining the house and another one less than 100 metres away.
- (parking is not allowed in the street along the entrance to the house).

All year round.
