Four circuits are offered, from the occasional runner to the experienced and trained runner: - the 16 km Trail on Saturday 30 July (16 km with 543 vertical meters in Bourg d'Oisans). This first route allows runners to discover the valley of Bourg d'Oisans with a breathtaking view of the Oisans massif. - the 22 km Trail on Sunday 31 July (22 km with 1500 vertical meters in St Sorlin). This second route takes you through the high mountains of St-Sorlin, in particular with a passage over the highest alpine meadow in Europe and near the St-Sorlin glacier. - the 44 km Trail on Sunday 31 July (44 km with 3050 m difference in altitude) that will cross the Grandes Rousses massif from Bourg d'Oisans, along the foot of the Glacier de l'Etendard with a passage near 12 remarkable lakes, such as Lac Blanc, Lac Bramant or Lac de Grand Maison and a loop along the foot of the Pic de l'Etendard, a majestic finale, before reaching the village of Saint Sorlin d'Arves. - the 65 km Trail on Sunday 31 July (65 km with 3900 m altitude difference) that will cross the Grandes Rousses massif from Bourg d'Oisans, along the foot of the Glacier de l'Etendard with a passage near 12 remarkable lakes, such as Lac Blanc, Lac Bramant or Lac de Grand Maison and a loop along the foot of the Pic de l'Etendard, a majestic finale, before reaching the village of Saint Sorlin d'Arves.

Sunday 31 July: 22 km course (9am-4pm), 45 km course (7am-6pm), 65 km course (6am-6pm)

Trail 16 km: Saturday, July 30 - 10:00 to 12:00 at the Foyer Municipal of Bourg d'Oisans.
Course 22 km: Saturday 30 July - 5 pm to 6.30 pm at the Tourist Office (St Sorlin) or Sunday 31 July - 7:30 am to 8:30 am at the Tourist Office (St Sorlin).
44 km course: Saturday, July 30 - 10am to 12 noon and 2pm to 5pm or Sunday, July 31 - 5.30am to 6.30am at the Foyer Municipal de Bourg d'Oisans .
Route 65 km: Saturday, July 30 - 10am to 12 noon and 2pm to 5pm or Sunday, July 31 - 4.30am to 5.30am at the Foyer Municipal of Bourg d'Oisans.
