In a chalet offering a magnificent panorama of the mountains, gîte of 80m² (+ 21m² with sloping ceilings) on the same level on the 1st floor (2nd floor from the parking lot located on the lower part of the chalet - garden level). The chalet includes another gîte - reference 160068 - on the ground floor.
Independent entrance, access by outside staircase.
Entrance hall with cupboard, beautiful bright living room with fitted kitchen open to living room - dining room (television, corner sofa bed), access to the balcony. Reduced with storage.
3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200cm), bedroom 2 (2 beds 90x200cm can be twinned as a double bed), bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x200cm can be twinned as a double bed), bathroom with shower and bath (+ washing machine), wc independent.
Sheets provided and beds made on arrival, towels for hire. Central floor heating. Internet access by wifi.

Center of the village of Manigod at 500m. Thônes (all shops, activities) 7km. La Clusaz 13km. Lake Annecy, beaches 21km, Annecy 26km. Many summer / winter hikes starting from the chalet. 10% discount for a stay of 3 weeks or more.
