Beautiful wood and mountain atmosphere for this 71m² gîte on the 2nd floor of the owners' house with private terrace and garden (on the ground floor level - 1st floor of the house). Access by exterior + interior stairs. Independent entrance.
Kitchen - dining room with balcony access offering a magnificent mountain view, living room (sofa bed (type rapido 160cm), armchairs, television, DVD player). 3 bedrooms: bedroom 1 (1 bed 140x190cm), bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190cm), small bedroom 3 / sleeping area (1 bed 90x190cm), attic bathroom with shower and bath, separate toilet.
Washer-dryer in the kitchen, optional bed linen. Central heating (renewable energy wood + solar). Possibility to put the skis in the owners' room.
