Complete baby equipment. Playroom for children. Spaces adapted to each generation.
Ground floor: entrance hall, equipped kitchen, dining room with terrace, grand piano, living room, TV room (3D TV, Blu-ray home cinema). Wifi (fibre). Separate WC.
1st floor: bedroom 1 (1 bed 180x200cm separable into 2 single beds), bedroom 2 (1 bed 160x200cm, balcony), bedroom 3 (2 bunk beds 90x190cm), bathroom (bathtub), children's playroom with balcony. Independent WC.
2nd floor: large living room with desk, sofa, armchair, terrace. Bedroom 4 (1 bed 160x200 cm, bathroom with shower, wc).
Laundry room in the basement with washing machine.
Numerous outdoor spaces with terrace, balcony, garden, grounds, courtyard, chicken coop, vegetable garden... Garden furniture, deckchairs, parasol.
Sheets and towels included. Courtyard with electric gate; 3 parking spaces included.
No smoking. Animals not allowed.
Property located in a quiet area. Parties and noisy evenings not allowed.
Short stays possible on request.
NB: an independent studio below the villa (independent entrance and garden, only the parking and the henhouse are shared).

Our ambition is the pleasure of your stay at the Villa Serandite in Annecy.
Welcoming the client with a mask and physical distancing. Gloves, disinfectant wipes, hydroalcoholic gel and bleach are available in the furniture. Documents, leaflets, etc. are kept in two boxes, one week even, one week odd, so that there is a 7-day gap between two clients. There are systematically two cleanings after each stay: a classic one, then a second one with disinfection of floors, handles and all supports, washing 60° degree dishes and sheets.
