La Partie'Lake
Villarodin-Bourget
In the heart of the Vanoise National Park, where the fauna and flora are protected, the encounter with the numerous marmots and ibexes is easy.
After relaxing by the lake, you can return along the path that descends into the Polset valley dotted with welcoming alpine chalets (l'Estiva). The return from Polset to the Orgère hut is along the roadside where the scent of pine and fir trees entices the nose.
The Orgère refuge is the only mountain refuge listed in the Gault et Millau.
