250m from the center of the village and 1km from the Grand Massif Express, magnificent gite of 67m2 converted into a duplex on the 1st floor of an old farmhouse with character comprising 3 other gites. On the 1st floor, entrance hall, fitted kitchen open to living room (TV foreign channels, DVD player) balcony access. bedroom 1 (1 double bed), shower room / wc. Upstairs, bedroom 2 (1 double bed), bedroom 3 (3 single beds including 2 bunk beds), bathroom (washing machine, dryer), wc. Sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival. Cleaning is included. Garage, room for ski boots. Private terrace, garden table, benches and barbecue. Leisure center 1 km away. Village center at 250m, Grand Massif Express at 1km (shuttle at 4 min in season). 1 animal maximum is accepted (with a supplement), only after agreement with the owners. Reduction for stays of 3 weeks -10%.
